Other tasks and responsibilities:

The intern is to be part of our HR team (HR manager and Recruiter). You will perform various activities in the field of inflow, through-flow, and outflow of employees. In addition, you support the team in setting up, following up and optimizing HR processes. During your internship you will perform the following tasks:

• On- and offboarding of employees and involved administration.
• Draft and check employment contracts.
• Draft vacancy texts.
• Support of recruitment activities.
• Administrate and update the HR Application (Apployed).
• Administrate and update the Recruitment Application (Homerun).
• Administrate and update the profiles of employees in the Travel Application (Umbrella).

About you

• Bachelor studies Human Resources Management at a Dutch Educational Institute.
• Proactive, taking ownership and initiative and good communication skills.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language.
