The Back-office administrator, as part of the Global operations team based in Madrid, is responsible for managing all administrative tasks needed to support the different reporting blocks inside the A&M and O&M teams, within Operations department. The role supports a range of administrative activities which includes, creation of invoicing orders via SAP tool, cash flow management support, managing electronic records and signatures, completing documents, retrieving key documents and electronic data, uploading electronic files, digitalization of documents and lead the interaction with the Office manager in Madrid office.

The Back-office administrator is responsible and accountable for ensuring the invoicing process requirements are met, it is, all invoices are fully paid both internally and with respect to third parties. Additionally, The Back Office Administrator ensures, through full coordination with the finance team, the accurate and on-time payments to suppliers, landowners, authorities, and other payees. Also provides support to the Operations team during the integration of new assets, portfolios, financings, and corporate reorganizations to assure administrative compliance. They will scan documents into electronic format following our protocols.

Desirable skills

  • Experience in administrative support, preferably in the energy sector, with demonstrated experience in working with Asset management documentation, document filing and invoicing / SAP management.
  • Strong analytical, critical and structured thinking skills with an excellent attention to detail. Systematic, structured and rational approach.
  • Good relationship builder - open and honest style – excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives on a challenge.
  • Fluent English in addition to Spanish.
