Global Manufacturing Quality Platform Leader (m/f/d) Power Transformers

For our international group we are looking for a: Global Manufacturing Quality Platform Leader (m/f/d) Power Transformers as soon as possible:

Aufgabenschwerpunkte

• Continuous Development and Implementation of the Global Manufacturing Quality Platform with focus on best practices sharing, process harmonization, spreading return of experience, process robustness and control, and sustainability of improvement
• Train and Support the implementation of manufacturing process improvements and best practices
• Perform factory assessments, identify gaps, and support the implementation of the associated plans in a structured and systematic manner
• Collaborate in investment analysis to ensure alignment with the Global Manufacturing Quality Platform
• Participate in root cause analysis of transformer quality issues
• Ensure that the Global and local Quality Control Plans are regularly updated based on identified quality issues and best practices
• Leading and coordinating the global manufacturing quality subject expert pool
• Reduction of COPQ and Productivity Improvement in full collaboration with the local and Global Operations Development and Quality teams
• Supporting Manufacturing Quality Audits and Assessments in collaboration with the local team and Global QHSE Manager
• Coach and mentor Junior Operations and Quality individuals
• Supporting Manufacturing Quality Audits and Assessments in collaboration with Q-Community (local team, BU-Q Manager and Global QHSE Manager)

Profile

• Master or Bachelor degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
• Graduate or Post Graduate studies in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Quality / Lean / Six Sigma (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge and experience with power transformers manufacturing processes. Expert level
• Successful experience in managing major improvement projects with excellent facilitation skills
• Basic knowledge of transformer design (preferred)
