Treasury Manager

Sonnedix has a complex group structure with each power plant being managed though its own Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which comprises a separate legal entity and a ring-fenced loan and bank accounts. These are controlled by a number of holding companies, each with their own bank accounts. There are several consolidation levels and a number of complex accounting treatments for several of the entities. Treasury Manager reports to the Financial Controller, and in close contact with the Project Finance team, the candidate will be responsible for managing banking relationships and ensuring all loan compliance requirements in relation to our project finance loans are met as well as tracking the loan compliance process to ensure compliance with all applicable bank and regulatory policies and procedures.

Desirable skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Significant loan compliance experience, ideally in the renewable sector.
• Understanding of capital projects and long-term loan facilities
• Audit experience is a plus
• Experience in building financial models is a plus
