Your Tasks

• direct contact for customers regarding technical questions and problems
• technical support for our service teams in the field (first level support)
• analysis of systemic disruptions and initiation of measures
• order review of service orders
• preparation of offers and technical reports
• participation in shift work

Your Qualifications

• technical degree
• experience with service of wind turbines
• good English skills
• knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• team player and good communication skills
• customer and quality-oriented way of working
• Independent and initiative way of working
