How to Contribute to Our Vision

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our wind farm project in Ras Ghareb , you will be part of a permanently employed dedicated technician team. You will be carrying out all of the duties associated with the service and scheduled maintenance of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) wind turbine generators.

Note: We are looking for Egyptian Citizens living locally for this role

Responsibilities

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Planning and executing assigned own “Preventives, Correctives” maintenance of Wind turbine generators.
• Analyzing technical problems on site
• Completion of mechanical and/or electrical repairs and work orders.
• Executing ramp up, set up and start procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations
• Contribute to installation projects on site, and support accountable Industrial Engineers. Supports maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment.
• Coordinating and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
• Supporting in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities.
• Adhering to defined processes and applicable regulations

What You Need to Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

• Bachelor’s degree on electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience of technical background “2-5 Years of Experience”.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent in dealing with computers, note pads, MS office applications
• Knowledge about SAP applications of technician’s onsite activities “FSM” is Preferable
• Past experience on renewable energy is a must
• Ideally you will have a Comprehensive understanding of and a consistent ability to demonstrate your own competency levels as a Technician, Competent Technician, Maintenance Technician or above
• A strong communicator willing to undertake assignments and work Individually
• A self-motivated individual with ability to cope with the pressures of time
