Chief Product Officer

Greenely is on a mission to create the best customer experience for the modern energy consumer by using technology. We're now looking for an exceptional Chief Product Officer that can continue the development of one of the most beloved energy consumer platforms in the Nordics that is already used by hundreds of thousands of consumers.

About the job

This is a high-velocity, high-impact role that requires you to learn fast, adapt quickly, and deliver at pace. You’ll need to absorb technical information, think strategically, and bring a ‘get-it-done’ mindset to overcome challenges. Your work will directly shape the future experience for the modern energy consumer and drive the growth of Greenely.

As the CPO for Greenely, you will lead the product organization by setting the overall product direction, overseeing operations, and driving major strategic initiatives. You will implement modern product practices and processes to ensure we deliver real-world value to consumers while advancing Greenely’s mission to transform energy usage.

You’ll work with passionate engineers, product designers, and marketing professionals to develop innovative solutions that help consumers connect, control, and optimize their energy usage. Expect significant ownership, whitespace for innovation, and a fast-paced, growing environment.

What you'll do

• Own and develop every step of the product development lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure we ship “the right product” with strong technical foundations.
• Organize and build an exceptional product organization, mentoring and inspiring the team to grow in their roles and deliver exceptional results. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
• Define and execute Greenely’s product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Identify new opportunities, particularly across Growth, Connectivity, and Energy Optimization, and partner with stakeholders to expand the customer experience.
• Ensure that new initiatives are prioritized effectively using modern frameworks. Balance customer discovery with technical execution to deliver products that resonate with users.
• Develop key metrics and KPIs to measure product success and continuously optimize customer experience, product quality, and commercial outcomes using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering teams to ensure the product vision and roadmap align with scalable, robust technical foundations.
• Drive experimentation methodologies and technical innovation across product and engineering teams.
• Roll out products effectively by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to enable successful launches, adoption, and customer education.

What you bring

• Strong experience in a senior product leadership role, owning the entire product lifecycle and scaling complex products.
• Strong technical abilities with a proven ability to work on complex and technical products.
• Experience in the energy space (EVs, battery tech, or virtual power plants) is a strong plus, but equivalent experience in similarly complex, consumer-facing domains is welcomed.
• A scrappy, entrepreneurial approach with a relentless focus on shipping value to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, customer insights, and experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Experience leading high-performing product teams and mentoring team members to grow their capabilities and careers.
• A deep motivation for the energy sector and a passion for enabling sustainability and innovation.
• The ability to think strategically while driving execution with attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment.
