Purpose and Scope

Oversee all project activities, including cost management, project schedule, staff development, site safety and security.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and exercise a high level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibility with minimal supervision.
• Develop and submit progress status reports tracking work progress and cost, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Responsible for project planning, quality control, risk management for project and site supervision
• Ensure site safety and prepare safe work procedure with Safety personnel
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors etc.
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Independent, good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Due to the sensitive work nature, only Singaporeans will be considered for the job
