E&S Analyst Sr (m/w/d)

We operate as producers of wind, solar, hydro, biomass and storage solutions. We are also service providers to third parties such as Development, EPC, O&M and Distribution.

Our Environmental department is looking for an E&S Analyst Sr to support the team in activities in the area, such as:

What to Expect from Your Routine

• Leading management of financial social and environmental obligation;
• Development and management E&S Management Plans using IFC Performance Standards;
• Monitoring E&S performance indicators;
• Leading the E&S performance report;
• Leading with Construction, HSE and Community relations teams and contractors to ensure Project’s E&S requirements are planned and implemented during project phases

Requirements

The Energy We Need

• Previous experience as E&S monitoring;
• Experience in implementing resettlement activities is considerate a differential;
• Experience in developing or implementing IFC standards at project or corporate levels;
• Experience in reconciling business and community needs;
• Experience in training and coaching local teams;
• Master’s degree in Environmental Management, Science, Social Science, or similar is a plus;
• Advanced English, knowledge of other languages is a plus;
• Knowledge of broader trends in environmental and social management and engagement
