What You’ll Do

• Gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements for risk transformation projects.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support testing, implementation, and business transition efforts.
• Facilitate agile planning, prioritisation, and estimation workshops.
• Use data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to support decision-making.
• Work with project management tools such as JIRA to track progress and ensure smooth execution.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive risk transformation outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in agile environments, with knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in data management, coding (Python, R, SQL, .Net), and familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
• A tertiary qualification in IT, business, commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in energy trading, trading risk, or market data management.
