HR Operations & Legal Specialist (m/w/d)

Skeleton's Operations department is looking for a driven and experienced HR Operations & Legal Specialist (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition!

Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Legal Specialist (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

Your tasks in the net zero journey

• Advising on Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution. Provide legal advice on a broad range of day-to-day issues.
• Drafting and analyzing employment contracts, internal policies, and other work-related documents;
• Conducting negotiations and resolving disputes related to employment relations;
• Cooperating with external partners in resolving court disputes related to employment
• Representing the company on labor-related matters with government authorities and other external parties.
• Managing and resolving Legal claims related to HR.
• Drafting service contracts and fixed-term agreements with employees and service providers in various countries.

Requirements

You are a good fit for the team if you can tick off the following boxes:

• Preferably you have either got a background in law (German 1. State Examination/ 1. Staatsexamen would be a plus) or a background in Human Resources with good knowledge of German labour law
• You have an understanding of HR processes in Germany, work experience in HR is a plus
• Experience in the legal department of a commercial enterprise or a law firm is a plus
• You speak fluent English and German
• You convince with assertiveness, perseverance and foresight
• Your social skills and intercultural understanding allow you to shine when dealing with different target groups
