What you will do to help drive energy transition

• As an HR Advisor, you will provide our managers and employees with advice and support on all HR-related issues.
• You will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks from joining to leaving our employees.
• You will be responsible for coordinating onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding.
• You will be responsible for the careful creation and maintenance of HR master data within the SAP SuccessFactors system.
• Project-related tasks are a challenging and interesting change from your day-to-day work and you like to be proactive.

What you will need on that journey

• You already have several years of professional experience in HR.
• You have extensive knowledge of Egyptian labor law and payroll
• You are open-minded towards process optimization and master the tasks at hand with your organizational talent, your team spirit and your solution-oriented way of working
• You have a high sense of responsibility and discretion is also a matter of course for you.
• You are a strong communicator, can adapt well to different interlocutors and are service-oriented.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic are essential.
