We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills, good analytical thinking and adaptable to join our Parts Coordination team in India handling customers in Southeast Asia, East Asia & Australasia. Parts Coordination Management is part of Wartsila Global Logistics Services.

Our main objectives are to provide fast and high quality responses to our customers for spare part quotations, orders, deliveries and claim resolutions.

What you will be doing

In this position, you will together with our team of PCM Coordinators be accountable for processing internal and external customer’s spare parts requests in a timely and high-quality manner aligned with customer´s expectations. For us to be the best match, we expect you to have an understanding in international business and experience from working with spare parts and logistics. We are looking for you with a positive mindset and a genuine interest in working towards building strong customer relationships. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you have a clear and structured approach to your work and focus on quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non - conformities.
  • Act as a link between customer and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
  • Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
  • Ensure highest response time for quotes and orders.
  • Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders.
  • Actively follow-up the order book with the sales team.
  • Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings.
  • Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders on quotations and deliveries according to agreed process.
  • When needed off hour support for spare parts (24 hr service).

Job location : Navi Mumbai, India

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or commerce

Other required skills

  • Fluent in English communication written & oral.
  • Good communication & customer centric approach.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Teamwork skills.
