Acciona Energy India is currently looking for Deputy Manager in SCM Department.

Job Description

• Deep knowledge on contract Management related to renewables construction and O&M
• Review of Technical and Commercial documents which are related to Wind, PV and Hybrid project biddings
• Support Project, Operations and Maintenance team for on time delivery to maintain project schedule and Coordination with Warehouse and logistics team for on time delivery.
• Deep knowledge and experience in project, Operations and Maintenance procurement cycle.
• Identify, evaluate and registration of suppliers.
• Audit the suppliers and renewal of supplier registration
• Coordination with all the Department for on time delivery to maintain project schedule.
• Coordination with Warehouse and logistics team for on time delivery.
• Must have good Technical and commercial knowledge about Renewable Energy Market and Market Pricing to do better negotiation with contractors and suppliers
• Maintain and monitoring the budget for each project.
• Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials, equipment and services for different jobs.
• Meet subcontractors and suppliers on-site as necessary to improve their performance.
• Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.
• Maintain good relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in ensuring awareness of Legal compliance.
• Assist in maintaining company quality control program.
• Assist the quality team for Audits and factory visits.
• Handle change order requests.
• Maintain sub/supplier information on company online management systems. Follow up with vendors for on time delivery of Materials and services

Required Skills and Competencies

Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from reputed/recognized university.

Year of experience – 05 to 08 years of experience in similar job role in Solar/Wind renewable energy
