As a Senior Service Engineer in Szczecin, you’ll provide engineering support for aftermarket components and custom solutions. Responsibilities

• Direct contact with global customers like wind turbine OEMs, global developers, and other clients
• Prepare design and BOM and handover to Sales team for their quotation
• Plan and execute design, production, and documentation of service products within cost and plan
• Engineering support to dedicated production area in Poland, including Service Kits, prototypes, and rebuilding obsolete panels
• Creation of structure and guidelines for Service Engineering tasks
• Take part in first-line technical support (e-mail, common mailbox, and Jira) related to sales, spare parts, production, or customer inquiries.

Our requirements

• BSc, MSc, or engineering degree within electrical / electronic
• At least 5y years of engineering experience in similar position.
• Customer service skills and international experience as a plus.
• Knowledge within ERP systems like D365 and Excel.
• Knowledge of production setups in medium/large companies.
• Flexibility to travel approximately 1 week 4-6 times a year to visit clients or colleagues at our headquarters in Denmark.
• A problem-solving attitude, teamwork skills, ability to build cross cultural relationships, structured and analytical mindset, openness to learning.
