Eliq is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead our Eliq Intelligence Team. In this role, you'll shape and deliver innovative energy analytics solutions that help our utility customers make smarter, data-driven decisions based on deep insights into consumer behavior, energy usage, and home characteristics. This is a new team with a big mission, and we're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in building from the ground up.

About the Role

As a Product Manager for Eliq Intelligence, you'll drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to build best-in-class data-driven products that support our mission: Making sense of energy data.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager with solid experience in the energy domain and a proven ability to deliver impactful, data-driven products. You combine an analytical mindset with a strong understanding of business and customer needs. You know how to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and drive initiatives forward in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Hands-on experience with analytics, data platforms, or ML-powered solutions, especially within energy will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define & Execute Product Vision: Develop and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for Energy Insights products.
• Drive Data-Driven Innovation: Use market research, customer insights, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize existing solutions.
• Own the End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Work from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
• Measure Success: Set and track product KPIs, analyze performance, and iterate based on data insights.
• Communicate & Align Stakeholders: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and goals.
• Support Go-to-Market Efforts: Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure a strong product launch and adoption strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a software or SaaS company (energy or data analytics experience is a plus).
• Strong technical acumen, comfortable working with APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Experience from the Energy Industry, particularly energy retail business.
• Experience with data integration projects (e.g., smart meters, IoT, or utility data).
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting complex data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
• Agile & Iterative mindset, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and adoption tactics.
