Your main responsibilities are

• Develop the processing techniques for new products.
• Design the fixtures and non-standard tools required for production.
• Determine the working hours and establish the standard working hours.
• Compile the processing procedures. Prepare the tools needed for processing.
• Reasonably arrange the production plan.
• Continuously improve the processing techniques.
• Machine processing personnel management

You will shine in this role when you have

General Skills

• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English, at least written fluency
• Good computer operation skills
• Maintain learning ability, have the courage to innovate.

Professional Skills

• Over 3 years of machining experience.
• Proficient in using 3D software for fixture design and skilled in CAM programming for machining processes.
• Candidates with production management experience are preferred.
