Transformation & Project Management Analyst

Transformation Office department is looking for a Transformation & Project Management Analyst.

What you will do

• Project Management: assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects,
• Prepare documentation, track project progress and schedule meetings,
• Data Analysis and Reporting: collect, analyse and structure data to support decision-making.,
• Create reports, dashboards and presentations ,
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies in processes and design improvements,
• Conduct research, design initiatives, workflow and user-stories,
• Prepare Presentations: assist in preparing presentations and other decision-making and communication materials,
• Benchmark and Development: conduct research related to the Networks Platform business and operations, industry trends and best practices.

What are we looking for

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field,
• Prior experience in consultancy or similar setting is considered a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret data into insights is a requirement,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is considered an advantage,
• Fluency in English.
