  • Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements, facilitate workshops, and maintain strong communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of application projects, including scope definition, progress tracking, and risk management.
  • Oversee and coordinate testing strategies, ensuring thorough validation and quality assurance.
  • Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Experience managing demand and acting as Product Owner for enterprise applications, ideally within a corporate or digital transformation context.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and workshops with very senior stakeholders, gathering and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing complex projects and coordinating implementation teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across multiple corporate functions.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and technologies, and the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders locally and globally.
  • Experience working with global IT teams and vendors is advantageous.
