To strengthen our team at our Dresden location, we're looking for a full-time intern to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 3 months in the field of Quality Management.

Here's what your day-to-day work with us will look like

• Supporting the maintenance and further development of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
• Assisting with customer documentation for our battery storage systems and supporting the creation of technical documentation
• Collaborating on the maintenance, optimization, and documentation of processes as well as the revision of work instructions and risk assessments
• Participation in defect management (recording, analysis, and evaluation of non-conformities, as well as tracking corrective actions)
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits, as well as in management reviews
• Maintenance of test equipment inventories, management of test reports, and monitoring of calibration schedules
• Assistance with supplier evaluation
• Creation and maintenance of Excel reports, templates, and key performance indicator overviews
• Support with administrative tasks

What you bring to the table

• Current studies in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Strong technical understanding and interest in quality and process management
• Analytical and structured approach to work with a high degree of initiative
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Team player, strong communication skills, and a precise work style
• Very good written and spoken German and English (min. B2)
• A plus:
  • Basic knowledge of VBA
  • Basic knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards
