What you will do

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, and their advisors, to facilitate strong relationship building and project success.
- Due Diligence: Work with internal GIS team in conducting land feasibility assessments, supporting legal drafting and commercial negotiations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including development, engineering, and finance, to align land origination efforts with project timelines and business goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to land use, commercial parameters, and contractual obligations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of land negotiations, agreements, and undertake budget control at all appropriate stages.
- Team Management & Coordination: Contribute regularly to internal team strategy, reporting, and meetings, in addition to motivating external landowners and their advisors to achieve target programmes/project milestones. Collaborate with legal, engineering, development, and grid teams throughout the project lifecycle.
