Legal Manager (Fluent in Chinese or English)

Job description

• Cung cấp phân tích tính khả thi và hợp pháp về mặt pháp lý cho các vấn đề quan trọng tại nhà máy (CHUYÊN SẢN XUÂT CÁNH QUẠT ĐIỆN GIÓ)
• Đàm phán, soạn thảo, rà soát và chỉnh sửa hợp đồng
• Soạn thảo các văn bản pháp lý thường nhật
• Đại diện công ty tham gia các vụ kiện tụng, trọng tài
• Phụ trách công tác quản lý tuân thủ pháp luật của nhà máy
• Quản lý và phân công công việc cho cấp nhân viên (nhân viên sẽ tuyển dụng sau, tùy theo nhu cầu và tình hình thực tế)

• Provide legal feasibility and compliance analysis for key matters arising at the wind turbine blade manufacturing plant.
• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise various types of contracts.
• Prepare legal documents and routine business correspondence.
• Represent the company in litigation and arbitration cases.
• Oversee legal compliance activities for the factory, ensuring alignment with Vietnamese law and company policies.
• Manage and assign work to subordinate legal staff (to be recruited later based on business needs.

Requirements

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Luật (ưu tiên có Chứng chỉ hành nghề Luật sư).
• Có kinh nghiệm tương đương ở vị trí Trưởng bộ phận Pháp chế / Legal Supervisor / Legal Manager, đặc biệt tại các nhà máy sản xuất hoặc doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài.
• Am hiểu hệ thống pháp luật Việt Nam
• Có khả năng thẩm định hợp đồng độc lập, tham gia xử lý tranh chấp, tố tụng hoặc trọng tài
• Ứng viên quốc tịch Việt Nam, yêu cầu giao tiếp thành thạo tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh (sử dụng trong công việc hàng ngày)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (preference given to those with a Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate)
• Equivalent experience in roles such as Head of Legal Department / Legal Supervisor / Legal Manager, especially in manufacturing plants or foreign-invested enterprises
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese legal system
• Capable of independently reviewing contracts and participating in dispute resolution, litigation, or arbitration
• Vietnamese nationality required, with fluency in Chinese or English for daily communication.
