ACTIVITIES

• To develop new SiC Power products.
• Focused on testing program definition, implementation, debugging and release to production.
• Analyses of data to define datasheet conditions and limits.
• Power devices Test methods development and implementation, Electrical characterization of the power devices.
• Releasing and management of MPI/TPD and the PDP deliveries.
• Definition of testing roadmap.
• Product industrialization, yield optimization for MC30 release.

Profile

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• It is needed knowledge on semiconductor Physics and power transistor structure and operation, power transistor characterization, power device test methods, Circuit analyses, Microsoft office and PRIS DMS use.
• It is appreciated the knowledge of semiconductor assembly/testing production process and knowledge of programming language.
• Attitude to a very dynamic job: candidate must be able to switch between tasks and priority according to divisional/BU needs.
• The Job requires availability to business trips to production plants/customers if needed.
