Apprenticeship Coordinator – Emerging Apprenticeship
Coordinate and support ReVision Energy's MDOL apprenticeship programs in Brentwood, NH, empowering clean energy professionals. Facilitate apprentice, mentor, and instructor support, compliance, program expansion, and continuous improvement.
As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting instructors, apprentices, mentors, and advisors to empower ReVision Energy’s industry-leading MDOL apprenticeship programs to build the next generation of clean energy professionals. This role serves a key facilitation role at the intersection of ReVision’s training efforts and the company’s service, design, and sales activities. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about addressing a key barrier to climate action while building a strong culture of teaching and learning in the ReVision Energy Training Center.
Job Responsibilities

Apprentice Support
- Conduct Apprentice Orientations biweekly as new apprentices are hired
- Provide direct academic support to apprentices across multiple apprenticeship programs
- Review and assess apprentice progress in Moodle
- Collaborate with department managers and team leads to support apprentice progress and accountability

Instructor and Mentor Support
- Coordinate mentorship program for supported apprenticeships.
- Support apprenticeship mentors by implementing thorough onboarding and ongoing communication
- Manage relationships with internal and external technical instructors for in-person training and online course selection

Compliance and Regulation
- Review and maintain accuracy of work schedules related to on-the-job learning with state departments of labor
- Maintain alignment with NABCEP certification requirements.

Longer Term Responsibility
- Support the expansion of the apprenticeship programs across the ReVision Energy territory.
- Collaborate with other Apprenticeship Coordinators to foster best practices for adult learning, coaching, and mentorship programs.
- Support in-house professional development by working with subject matter experts, designing courses, and writing curricula.

Program Implementation
- Manage consistent, timely communication with program stakeholders (participants, managers, facilitators, branch managers)
- Maintain formal lesson plans for in-person trainings
- Manage technical logistics of in-person trainings (AV connections, sound, learner accommodations)

Continuous Improvement
- Develop regular cadence of program updates to and input from apprenticeship advisory
- Assist hiring team with recruitment and expectation setting for prospective apprentices
- Identify policies and procedures necessary for supporting the ReVision Energy Training Center
Qualifications
- Skilled certificate or degree in electrical technologies, education, workforce development or related field
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, including ability to self-advocate with co-workers who are not direct reports
- Extensive experience in standard professional software, including Microsoft products, web-based applications, mobile applications, and videoconferencing platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading technical instruction
- Professional experience with electrical or renewable energy technologies
- Subject matter expertise in technical instruction
- Technical experience related to renewable energy technologies
