Marketing Campaign Assistant Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic Marketing Campaign Assistant Intern to join our team in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and execution of multitouch campaigns to support immediate and long-term business goals.
• Assist in the creation of engaging content like newsletters, press releases, social copies, videos, infographics, etc.
• Marketing Automation - Assist in the optimization of marketing automation workflows and systems.
• Assist in event organisation to ensure best-in-class event execution and lead-generation.
• Prepare Marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
• Maintain and manage content library – ensure adherence of corporate decks, updates, brand visuals, font style and guide.
• Manage internal finance and procurement process; supporting marketing forecasts and tracking spend.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Masters’ degree in Business or a related field; majoring in Marketing
• Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, prior experience in Marketo, Salesforce an advantage
• Extensive knowledge of visual design using Adobe Suite/Canva
• Previous experience working in software, SaaS company is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently.
• Good time management; able to adhere to project timelines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys team collaboration.
• Growth mindset - willing to learn new skills and expand their knowledge in Marketing.
