Diverse responsibilities

• You are responsible for offshore-specific reporting
• As the single point of contact for internal and external offshore reporting requests you ensure an efficient and effective information flow
• You establish and further development the reporting system based on offshore wind specific requirements
• The preparation and coordination of consolidated offshore reports for our management is a key element of your tasks
• You drive the coordination and design of project-specific reports
• Additionally, you develop further and improve the overall business intelligence methodologies of offshore wind, including the integration of AI support

Überzeugendes Profil

Convincing skill set

• You hold a degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, computer science or a related field
• Experience in reporting is a must, ideally in offshore wind or a similar renewable energy sector
• You have knowledge of data analysis and the use of reporting tools (ideally Power BI)
• Your experience in the coordination and production of reports, ideally at a senior management level, will be valuable
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to process complex information and communicate clearly
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with various stakeholders is one of your key strengths

As a Reporting Manager, your role is a key interface position ensuring a targeted flow of information across the business. This responsibility comes with a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to drive development in line with industry best practice. You will coordinate and engage with key internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the achievement of EnBW's growth objectives.
