Job Description Summary

We’re looking for a young programmer willing to join our NUO team! Nuo is the the platform designed and developed by Vector Renewables to digitalize asset management of renewables power plants.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Being involved in analyzing, design, coding and testing of features related to renewable power plant (Solar PV, Wind and battery storage) management inside NUO platform
• Design, coding and testing of connector to collect information from SCADAs onsite, elaborate to clean, standardize, categorize, extract KPIs and store in databases
• Design, coding and testing of connector to share information from the platform and its database, to third-party platforms via API
• Design, coding and testing algorithms based on machine learning, NLP, digital twin, and AI modeling
• Participate to daily, weekly and other recursive meeting related to activities scheduling and delivering in sprint according to Agile methodology
• Participate to calls and meeting with Asset Managers and other technicians working in renewable power plant management to collect requirements and feedbacks
• Follow-up with users to collect feedback about deployed solutions and eventually perform some adjustments

Key Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in IT Engineering, or IT Science with 1 year experience
• IT Skills: Python (Machine Learning),.NetCore, Relational databases (Sql, Postgre, etc), Non relational databases (ElasticSearch, MongoDb, etc), Rest APIs, ORMS (Entity Framework, NHibernate, Dapper), ETLS are required. Azure infrastructure expertise and RPA with UI Path platform are considered a plus
• Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and English, Italian is a plus.
• Team working oriented mindset, being creative, proactive and loving the technologies, ready to learn every day something new
• Awareness about main topics related to Renewables and interest in Environmental topics
• Basic knowledge and experience during studies or previous job in digital twins modeling and natural language processing using machine learning and AI
• Basic knowledge and experience during studies or previous job in working according to Agile methodology
