Imagine a future where you provide your time and resource management skills to the offshore operations team of the world's most sustainable energy company

Join us in this role where you’ll lead the offshore coordination activities and optimise the delivery of our Operations and Maintenance Agreements (OMA) through effective planning, while seeking bundling opportunities and maximizing the working time on turbine.

Welcome to Regional Support

You’ll be part of Offshore Coordinator team where you, together with your colleagues, will build and maintain long, medium, and short-term schedules to ensure OMA compliance and asset reliability, whilst managing regional programme risk and maximising on capacity. As a team, we foster a collaborative work culture that embraces learning opportunities, shares talent, and supports development, enabling us to excel together.

You’ll play an important role in

  • forecasting demand and capacity for vessels, resources, materials, and tooling
  • developing and managing long, medium, and short-term schedules, incl. risk identification and mitigation
  • proposing innovative resource-balancing solutions to maintain regional programs efficiently
  • strategically bundling works to minimize lost production while ensuring OMA delivery and compliance
  • planning logistics to maximize work order completion and minimize travel time and distances
  • maintaining access restrictions, reporting maintenance periods, and updating the visual scheduling board with weather and yield tracking.

To succeed in the role, you

  • are a forward-thinking individual who challenges conventional approaches, with a track record of introducing novel ideas to enhance operational execution
  • are skilled in project and resource planning methodologies, ensuring optimal resource allocation with strong risk mitigation mindset
  • are proficient in SAP and advanced planning tools, driving efficiency and effectiveness
  • are a strong communicator with good written and verbal English skills, coupled with demonstrated leadership experience.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
