Your tasks
- Main contact person for service provision and service quality
- Setting up, implementing and continuously developing and improving services
- Initiating and implementing operational service improvement measures
- Development and quality assurance of service descriptions (e.g. in the service catalogue)
- Monitoring and compliance with agreed KPIs, SLAs and OLAs and providing service reporting
- Monitoring and compliance with the service provision of partners & service providers
- Main contact person for the customer (e.g. questions, satisfaction, escalation) and interface between the customer and the IT organisation
- Communication of service changes, improvements and disruptions to the organisation
- Development and monitoring of possible IT service billing
Your qualifications
- Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with professional experience and broad, general IT knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in IT service management or comparable function with experience in dealing with IT sourcing contracts
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in the energy sector (e.g. KritisV) with regard to IT sourcing and its implementation
- Expertise in ITIL processes
- German and English at an advanced level
- Ability to familiarise yourself with complex regulatory and contractual documents, to reproduce them in a comprehensible manner and to develop measures and tasks from them
