O&M Expert Technician (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are an electricity producer from wind, solar, hydro, biomass and storage and also a service provider to 3rd party clients such as Development, EPC, O&M and Distribution. Today we are in 20 countries, split among 4 continents, and offering a global operating capacity to our clients. We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014.

Our Operation & Maintenance department is looking for an O&M Expert Technician, at Timahoe/Kildare, who will have the following responsibilities:

• Assist the O&M Area Coordinator in the coordination of a structure and adequate resources for the implementation and contract management of O&M of PV plants;
• Supervise the implementation of the maintenance plans and support the teams;
• Promote and Supervise the Implementation of the procedures and guidelines provided by the Company within his technical team;
• Comply, promote and supervise the correct implementation of good practices, legal, HSE requirements within his technical team;
• Perform regular on-site technical inspections within the technical team;
• Support the coordination, follow-up and report the services provided by O&M field team and subcontractors;
• Support the coordination between onsite teams and Remote Services (RO&ME);
• Participate, hands-on, on preventive maintenance or corrective activities for troubleshooting and diagnostic of failures, with O&M technicians;

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in area of renewable energy (Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric energy or other);
• Maintenance management processes and systems.
• High Voltage Switching, HV AP/SAP and Power Electronics.
• Knowledge of Technical Design.
• Microsoft Office.
• Local language fluency and English (preferred).
• Availability to travel within the country for limited periods and on short notice;
