• The development of comprehensive service strategies within cross-functional teams
• The leadership of user research and service analysis initiatives that inform climate protection solutions
• The evolution of service design culture and best practices across the organization
• The implementation of service quality metrics and climate impact measurements
• The mentoring and development of our product design team members
