The Gist

As a Sales Account Manager located in Bay Area, CA covering Northern California and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets for the assigned accounts and region.

The Day-to-Day

  • Meet and exceed Wolfspeed’s assigned revenue on continuous growth targets.
  • Develop territorial and strategic account plans to support revenue targets consistent with the business unit strategies.
  • Qualify opportunities and determine if there is a fit for SiC power devices.
  • Support the customer through the design cycle from sample, prototype, pilot, pre-production, to production.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Qualifications)

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 6+ years of experience in technical sales
  • Ability to travel frequently to customer sites
  • Strong motivation and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and business environments
  • This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.

This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.

The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.

Compensation Range:

$150,000 - $225,000
