Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D/3D layout of Photovoltaic (PV) system
• Prepare design drawings for Solar PV systems (Module layouts, string arrangement, single line diagram, data acquisition)
• Assist to investigate different materials that can be used for balance of system in PV system
• Understand SCDF regulations for implementing Solar installations and conduct review of solar PV system design
• Prepare PV system simulation (PVSyst) and 3D shading analysis.
• Prepare sketchup for PVsyst shading analysis
• Prepare PV system simulation report with helioscope
• Support site survey to prepare BOQ

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and advance Excel capability
• Electrical Engineering Fundamentals
• Modelling and simulation software such as PVsyst, Helioscope, SketchUp, AutoCAD
• Self-starter and ability to self-manage
• Can-do attitude, problem solver
• Flexible and Willing to learn
• Contribute and work efficiently as a team member and achieve objectives as a group rather than as an individual
