Production Assistant (m/w/d)

Skeleton's Production department is looking for a driven Production Assistant (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition!

Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced Production Assistant (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

Your tasks in the net zero journey

• Monitor Production correspondence via various channels (post, e-mails, couriers; etc.).
• Archive production related documents in DMS.
• Monitor the stock and order Production materials, working clothes including the cleaning service.
• Supervise and monitor the time recording system for production employees.
• Monitor the use of hardware store shop card.
• Check on operations in Production area meeting rooms, including IT systems.
• Support onboarding of operators and temporary workers for production.
• Issue and monitor keys and access cards for production employees.
• Closely cooperate with the Office Coordinators.
• Support the preparation of audits and board & customer visits.
• Support the issued Epicor activities.
• Work on KPIs & data preparation.
• Perform other operational activities based on the need.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Package (Word; Excel; Power Point; etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal English & German language skills.
• A hands-on mentality & a structured approach to task management.
• You are a thorough and independent worker who can easily translate your line of thoughts to instructions.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form.
• Strong focus to detail & an ability to multitask.
