Provide HR Administrative support to the HR Business Partner and People and Capability team, in an engaging, fast paced and dynamic role, to support the business throughout the employment life cycle.

Who are you?
You’re passionate about helping people and are keen to bring this passion to one of Australia’s largest renewable energy companies! Your experience will also include:
- Working in a busy and dynamic environment where no task or day is the same
- An open, curious and eager to learn attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with abilities to listen actively, negotiate and counsel
- Excellent abilities in customer service with strong attention to detail
- Previous, relevant experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Proficiency with MS Office suite desirable

About the role
To put it simply, as an HR Administrator, you are the pivot point for HR within Hydro Tasmania and are a trusted source of information and guidance. This role involves experiencing and guiding employees and managers through the full breadth of HR matters, including onboarding employees, supporting the development of educational presentations, writing communications and researching topics. As a first point of contact within HR, your second-to-none customer service skills shine through and support managers and employees with HR enquiries to ensure the smooth operation and strong employee experience within Hydro Tasmania.
As a HR Administrator at Hydro Tasmania, you will:
- Support the HR Business Partners and broader P&C team with generalist HR administration support
- Ensure the quality and compliance of HR documentation and data
