Job Description
You will support our UK entities in all aspects of day-to-day Operational and Project Quality Management, looking at Onshore Wind (operational/construction), Solar PV (operational/ construction).
What you will do
- You will be responsible Develop and maintain our internal & external audit program.
- You will take IMS ownership to ensure compliance and continued accreditation with the support of relevant business stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for designing quality standards, procedures and specifications for the company.
- You will be responsible for reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines
- You will be responsible for maintaining documentation of procedural changes.
- You will be required to prepare performance reports for relevant stakeholders
- You will collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards.
- You will ensure regulatory compliance, ensuring that all processes meet safety, legal and other national or international standards.
- You will own the management of Non conformances alongside relevant business stakeholders.
- You will support the facilitation of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance processes.
- You will provide quality training, enhancing employees understanding of quality systems and processes.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Knowledge & experience in ISO 14001, 45001 & 9001 (internal auditing certificates).
- Experience in IMS (Integrated Management Systems) maintaining and developing.
- Proven experience as quality professional (renewables experience desirable).
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach.
- IOSH Managing Safely.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively influence and support both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritise / manage a diverse workload and meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
