IQA Technician (m/w/d)

Mission

Ensure the Global Installation Quality standards are met during Projects execut¡on phase, assessing the level of implementation and compliance, measuring the performance, and strengthen weakness points detected.

Tasks

• Quality Assurance Safe Launch Process implementation and its corresponding derivative actions.
• Start Up audit execut¡on and its corresponding derivative actions.
• Non Conformity Incident Management and Leadership when required.
• Ensure Commercial Incident Management and Claiming Assurance.
• Management of Change Requests, Ðerogations, Root Cause Analysis or 8D Quality Tools when required.
• Incidents, accidents and Technical Issues investigations on site.
• Layered Process Audit Implementation and Training on Projects, as well as other Quality related Trainings.
• Ensuring Long Term Storage Ma¡ntenance executions as well as Life line, Lift and Ladder certificatIon processes.
• Ensure all relevant informationis handed over between different GLFs as QGO or Handover to Service.
• Connection between customer and Nordex for Quality deviations on site within the PQM.

Your Profile

• Education: Engineering or similar.
• Complementary Training: Previous experience in quality, as well as in the construction of wind farms or capital goods.
• Profile: Person with communication skills, organised, who knows how to work in a team, self-reliant, with initiative, proactive, sociable, observant and committed.
• Languages: High level of English.
• Valuable previous experience on Wind Industry and Quality.
• Availability to travel: long stays abroad.
