- Ideally, you have experience in managing and developing employees
- You are interested in climate protection and sustainability and are keen to learn about climate neutrality
- You are able to familiarise yourself with complex business processes and understand complex structure
- You are results-oriented, forward-thinking and structured
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- You are fluent in German and English
