Job Description
Nissens Cooling Solutions, part of A.P. Møller Group and KK Group, is a Danish leader in cooling technologies with more than 100 years of innovation. Our products play a key role in wind energy, transportation, and defense, and we're now expanding our Czech engineering team.
We're looking for an experienced Product Engineer to lead new product development and take ownership as Product Owner. You'll drive technical solutions from concept to serial production, work closely with global teams and customers, and help shape the future of sustainable energy.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of new products and take responsibility for their technical solutions
- Collaborate across functions - design, production, sourcing, testing, and customer engineering teams
- Ensure robust technical solution, cost competitiveness, and standardization
- Provide post-launch technical support and improvement initiatives
Our Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in technical product development (e.g. DFMEA, risk analysis) (at least 5 years)
- Experience with railway vehicle regulations
- Strong sense of technical ownership and accountability
- Fluent English and confidence in international collaboration
- Experience with cooling systems is an advantage
