Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for driving business performance through insightful analysis and strategic planning? Join our dynamic team as a Financial Controller and play a key role in shaping the financial future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Controlling Team in delivering regular, timely, and accurate financial information and analysis
- Preparing monthly consolidated management accounts, reports, and variance analysis for management
- Collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning with stakeholders
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis, project controlling, and customer profitability assessments for all business lines
- Providing comprehensive support to all business lines in performance management and forecasting of income, operational, and indirect costs
- Actively participating in the improvement and development of internal systems, processes and controls
- Daily cooperation with the head of the department and with colleagues from other departments
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or controlling
- Advanced English (verbal and written) and professional level of Czech language
- Very strong MS Excel skills and SQL basics
- Good analytical skills and strong numerical awareness
- Confident communicator and motivated team player
- Ability to work independently and proactively
