As a Norwegian EV pioneer, our goals are aimed at bringing the best charging technology to the rest of the world. Are you up for this challenge?
What your day would look like
As our Marketing Manager (16-month assignment), you'll be the bridge between our global ambitions and local marketing efforts in Germany. No two days will be the same - one moment you might be bringing our brand to life at a buzzing tradeshow or industry event with local partners, the next you're launching a digital campaign. There will be a strong focus on events and trade shows as key drivers of our local presence.
You'll also get to:
- Shape and adapt marketing materials together with our global team.
- Keep our local websites fresh, relevant, and inspiring.
- Run newsletters and promotional campaigns in HubSpot that people actually want to read.
- Team up with sales to make sure they have the right marketing tools at hand.
- Collaborate with and manage local agencies and freelancers to support our marketing initiatives.

You're a proactive marketer with an eye for detail and a genuine interest in building strong brands. You thrive when combining creativity and structure, and you enjoy days that shift between collaboration, project management, and hands-on execution. As for the skills required for this job
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing - especially events and content marketing.
- Experience in content creation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CMS and CRM systems; social media platform experience is a plus.
- German at native speaker level and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
