We combine the latest tech with human-centered design to offer highly intuitive and efficient EV chargers that ensure easier access to personal electric transport.

Within just a few years, we've built our domestic market-leading position by supplying superior charging installations for housing co-ops and private homes alike.

As a Norwegian EV pioneer, our goals are aimed at bringing the best charging technology to the rest of the world. Are you up for this challenge?

What your day would look like

At Zaptec, we're on a mission to accelerate the shift to sustainable mobility and we're doing it by building charging technology that's as smart as it is reliable. As we grow our presence in France, we're strengthening our reach among engineering consultancies, specifiers, and key technical decision-makers.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working close to technical influencers, knows how to present complex solutions with clarity, and plays a key role in shaping how Zaptec solutions are specified in major projects. You'll focus on making Zaptec the preferred choice in technical specifications. Your work will combine market influence, technical expertise, and close collaboration with the French sales team, of which you will be part.

You'll spend your time

  • Identifying and engaging engineering consultancies and technical decision-makers.
  • Promoting Zaptec's technical solutions and demonstrating their value in complex projects.
  • Influencing specifications and contributing to tender strategies and tender responses together with all stakeholders.
  • Supporting the sales team on technically challenging cases.
  • Monitoring regulatory and technical developments in the EV charging and building sector.

Is this you?

You understand how important technical influence is in winning B2B projects. You enjoy presenting solutions, advising experts, and helping decision-makers choose the right products. You're structured and motivated by contributing to the growth of an innovative scale-up.

Personal skills we value

  • You communicate clearly with a natural capacity to convince
  • You enjoy making complex topics easy to understand.
  • You build trust and credibility quickly.
  • You're organised, proactive, and comfortable managing several cases, stakeholders in parallel.

As for the skills required for this job

  • 3-5 years in technical sales, or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally engineering or technical background.
  • Strong understanding of B2B technical solutions (EV charging or building sector is a big bonus).
  • Ability to influence specifications and contribute to tender responses.
  • Fluent in French and business fluent in English.
