Job Description

Are you driven by creating strong commercial results and building long-lasting customer relationships? In this role, you will be the key driver of growth in KK Wind Solutions' service business. You will be responsible for developing and expanding sales across our portfolio - from early-stage Business Development to final deal closure - with a particular focus on Asset Operators in Europe and support to the US market.

Your mission is to elevate existing customers to the next level while identifying new opportunities that can accelerate KKWS Service's market position.

To succeed in this role, you naturally take ownership, follow tasks through to completion - and do it with high quality. You bring solid experience in customer service and maintenance, and you are motivated by delivering excellence every single time.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact ("go-to person") for assigned global accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers and factory decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Promote and position KK Wind Solutions as a key player in global and local markets.
  • Identify technical opportunities and provide expert sales support.
  • Facilitate in-depth technical discussions with customers.
  • Own the sales budget for appointed accounts, including topline and contribution ratio (CR).
  • Monitor and follow up on forecasts for ongoing business.
  • Lead annual negotiations and manage contracts.
  • Set global pricing for appointed accounts in close collaboration with the Service Sales Development and Support Team.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on offers and maintain accurate data entry into CRM.
  • Generate, maintain and execute a robust sales pipeline.

Our Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the wind industry.
  • Educational background in Engineering or similar, ideally with electrical components included or with a high interest for electrical solutions.
  • Strong experience with a solutions-oriented/consultative sales approach and the ability to translate business needs into tailored product solutions.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in the wind sector is a strong advantage. We are seeking a generalist rather than a specialist.
