What you can expect
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for our employees. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, support our standard IT tools, and collaborate closely with higher support levels to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
Tasks
- First-level IT Support for incidents and service requests (Service Desk, ticket handling, end-user support)
- Managing user accounts and devices, including hardware, software, and MFA
- Escalation and coordination of incidents with 2nd and 3rd level support
- Maintenance of documentation and knowledge base articles
- Support the implementation of IT security policies and compliance standards
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
Profile
- At least three years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
- Completed IT-related vocational training or equivalent practical experience
- Solid understanding of Windows clients, common office applications, and basic networking
- Strong communication skills in English; German and Italian are a plus
- Hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader IT team
