Your tasks
- Maintain tender trackers, LOA compliance documentation and key bid-related records
- Prepare inputs and decision materials for strategic project reviews and stakeholder alignment
- Create and track early risk/issue logs to support smooth tender and negotiation processes
- Develop pricing comparisons, competitive analyses and win-loss summaries
- Support negotiations with materials, meeting documentation and post-deal analysis updates
- Contribute to key account planning, data maintenance, dashboards and retention reporting
- Coordinate with regional teams and product management on data preparation, target rollouts and readiness activities
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Services, analytics or project coordination (internships count)
- Solid skills in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), basic ERP (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel, Power BI and MS Teams/SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, structured communication and coordination ability
- Curious mindset with learning agility and a reliable, organized way of working
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
