FairWind is looking for a Decommissioning Expert to lead the way in dismantling onshore and offshore wind farms safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

Your qualifications

• ✔ Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• ✔ 5+ years in wind energy, construction, or industrial decommissioning.
• ✔ Strong knowledge of HSE standards and environmental compliance.
• ✔ Fluent in German and English.
• ✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Your Role

• ✅ Design and implement decommissioning strategies for wind farms.
• ✅ Advise clients and internal teams on technical solutions and compliance.
• ✅ Ensure HSE standards and environmental regulations are met.
• ✅ Optimize recycling and waste management for turbine components.
• ✅ Collaborate across departments on planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
