Intern Business Data Management Admin (f/m/d)

Job Description

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in business data management and analytics? Join Axpo Solutions AG as an intern in our Business Data Management Team and contribute to shaping the future of energy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you will do

• Set up new counterparties, including creation, validation of data and documents, KYC checks, and managing counterparty documentation.
• Perform annual VAT checks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Update and maintain counterparty information in the master data system.
• Organize and maintain contractual documentation systematically and chronologically, both physically and electronically, in line with company guidelines.
• Manage central contracts related to Trading, Scheduling, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Provide KYC information to exchanges and brokers upon request.
• Coordinate processes and ensure the flow of information to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency within the department.
• Support internal and external projects in collaboration with business experts.

What you bring & who you are

• University degree (Bachelor, Master, or higher) in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a Business Administration role; relevant training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• A team player with perseverance and the ability to multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset and excellent conceptual and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and analytical techniques.
