Tasks & Responsibilities

• Upload payroll files and other financial records into the ERP system.
• Book and reconcile credit and debit card expenses.
• Download, review, and distribute bank statements to cardholders.
• Sort receipts, review balances, and record transactions in the ERP system.
• Book bank transactions and payments (debit and credit cards).
• Manage and audit travel and employee expense reports.
• Reconcile employee travel funds and open expense items.
• Monitor and manage monthly fuel allowances and highway toll charges.
• Ensure import tax documentation is accurate and balanced.
• Book leasing company invoices by cost center.
• Provide support to employees regarding expense policies, card usage, and balances.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting / Finance
• Excel knowledge 70 - 80%
• Intermediate English - Advanced
