Your Tasks
- Define and maintain global S&OP process standards and governance
- Facilitate alignment between sales, operations, and finance teams
- Implement tools and systems to support integrated business planning
- Drive continuous improvement and maturity of the S&OP process globally
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Good German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in S&OP process design and implementation in a global context.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with advanced planning systems (APS) and ERP platforms.
