Your Tasks
- Responsible for standardizing and improving manufacturing processes globally, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and cost efficiency
- Define global production process standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites
- Collaborate with plant managers and engineering teams to ensure process compliance
- Support digital manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 adoption
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards globally
Your Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar field
- Good German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in global production management and process optimization
- Comprehensive knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
- Strong expertise in manufacturing control systems (MES, EWM, etc.)
- Proficiency in Teamcenter and SAP PP
